This address has been created specifically for your account. Do not share it or use it for anything other than initiating your scan.
We could not find your test email address. This sometimes happens if the link in your welcome email was incomplete. Please check your welcome email for your unique address, or contact us at info@redbridgecyber.com.au and we will send it to you again.
How to Send It
Open Your Email
Open your normal business email account — the one you use every day. This should be the email address associated with the domain we are scanning. If you use Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other email client, that is fine.
Compose a New Email
Create a new email. Paste your unique test address from above into the To field. The subject line and body do not matter — you can leave them blank or type anything. Then send it.
We Take It From Here
The moment we receive your email, the Email category picks up live deliverability data and joins the other findings already in your account at report.redbridgecyber.com.au. Most customers see Email results within minutes of sending. Your first PDF snapshot is produced automatically the following Monday morning AEST and archived to your account. You do not need to do anything else.
A Few Questions We Usually Get
No. The content of the email — subject line, body text, attachments — is completely irrelevant to the scan. We do not read it. We only analyse the technical headers, which are generated automatically by your email system when you send. Write anything, leave it blank, or just type a full stop. As long as the email is sent from your normal business account to your unique test address, the scan will run correctly.
It should come from a mailbox that uses the domain you want us to scan. For example, if your business website is at yourcompany.com.au, your test email should be sent from any address ending in yourcompany.com.au (the name in front of the @ does not matter — yours, an assistant's, a shared inbox, all fine). If your email and website use different domains, or if you are not sure which address to use, contact us and we will clarify before you proceed.
Yes. testthis.email is our own scanning infrastructure, operated by Red Bridge Cyber exclusively for this purpose. Your email is received, the headers are captured for analysis, and the content is discarded. No one reads your email. The address is unique to your account and cannot be used to send emails to you or anyone else.
The Email category usually picks up the new headers within minutes (processing time is load-dependent). If it has been longer than that and the Email category still shows no live deliverability data, check your spam or junk folder first — occasionally outbound mail to a new recipient lands there and never actually reaches us. If it is not there either, contact us at info@redbridgecyber.com.au with your account email address and we will investigate immediately.
Yes — and this is the recommended way to re-validate your email posture after a DNS, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC change. Your test address belongs to your subscription for life, so the same address powers every Email-category scan from now on. We process at most one test email per customer-domain combination per hour — you can send as many as you like, but only the first one in any hour is acted on; the rest are accepted and discarded. Results from an accepted message are typically in your live view within minutes.
